How to apply/register:
- Submit application with the $25 application fee.
- Submit final report cards from the 2007-2008 school year or the most up-to-date report card.
- Submit standardized test scores from current school. A $30 fee will be charged for testing done through NCCS.
- Give the Pastor Recommendation Form and School Administrator Recommendation Form to the appropriate persons.
- After NCCS receives all of the items listed above, an interview will be scheduled with administration. Applicant and parents must attend this interview.
- At the interview, you will receive a Registration Form, Medical Form, and School Records Release Form. To finalize the registration process, you must complete and submit these forms along with the registration fee, full tuition payment or F.A.C.T.S. paperwork, signed Covenants (student and parent), and a current immunization record (or signed waiver). The first month's tuition payment must also be included if the school year has already begun. Registration is not considered complete and a student's name will not be added to the class roster until all this information is on file.
What grades will be offered?
Grades K-12 are offered at NCCS.
Kindergarteners must turn five by September 1, 2008.
The Lambfold Preschool is also on-site. More information about the preschool is available on this website, or call the school office at (517) 323-8903.
When will school start and end?
First day of classes will be Tuesday, September 2, 2008 (1/2 day with an
ice cream social/family meeting at 6:30 pm).
The last day of classes will be June 4, 2009 (1/2 day), with graduation
to follow on June 5, 2009.
How long will the school day be?
Normal school days are from 8:30am - 3:00pm.
Kindergarten meets daily from 8:30am - 11:30am. Students will be dismissed
prior to lunch.
Half days will be from 8:30am - Noon.

Registration Fees: $75 until
April 27th, $100 April 28th through June 8th, $125 June 9th through August
24th, and $150 beginning August 25th. Registration fees are per
student and non-refundable.
Building Fee: $750 per family for non-New Covenant Christian Church members. $435 for families who are non-New Covenant Christian Church members with only a kindergartner enrolled.
Other Fees: Fees for art, books, physical education, music, and science are included in tuition. Middle and High School tuition also includes a fee for the Retreat. There is a $4.00 charge for a school planner for grades 7-12 payable the first day of school. There is a $10.00 charge for a shirt for physical education class for grades 7-8.
Payment Options:
- Full cash payment of tuition by August 15, 2008, will receive a 5% discount. Discount does not apply to building fee.
- We have a 12-month or a 10-month payment plan available. If you would like to participate in the 12-month payment plan, the first payment is due by July 15, 2008 and the last payment is due June 15, 2009. The first payment for the 10-month payment plan is due by August 15th and the last payment is due May 15, 2009. Payments will be made through automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account through the F.A.C.T.S. program. F.A.C.T.S. application forms are available in the school office and NCCS pays the $35 set-up fee. Questions regarding this plan should be directed to Russ Mowen. Completed paperwork should be turned in three weeks before the first payment is due. This option does not qualify for 5% discount.
Note:First month's tuition payment, Registration fee, and Application fee are non-refundable. After school begins, you will be responsible for tuition through the end of the current quarter of the school year if you choose to withdraw your student.
