How to apply/register:

1. Complete the attached application
2. Return form with the application fee to the NCCS office

Preschool Classes:

3's & vounq 4's (should be 3 by Sept. 1)	4's & 5's (should be 4 by Sept. 1)
Tuesday/Thursday 12:30pm - 3:00pm Tuition: $900	Monday/Wednesday/Friday 12:30 - 3:30pm Tuition: $1150

• A $25.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany the application form.
• A $35.00 non-refundable fee will be accepted, per household, if more than one child is attending preschool.
